WOD 1/21/13

A.1  Lunges- 5 on each leg x 5: 53.63.68.73.83- light- I have PTSD 
A.2  strict pull up, 5 x 60 sec. amrap, rest 90 seconds 11.12.11.11.9 (didn't have it for the last set)
B.  Reverse Hyper, 3 x 12 @ 50% of BS - rest 60 seconds.  This was tough I put 10 # on the first set then 15 for the last 2 sets
C.  Ski erg - 20 sec. AFAP - rest 1:40 x 5: 3 cal.3.4.4.4
